NTS was born with a clear and ambitious vision, to give shape to a new industrial vision, focused on technological innovation, sustainability and the ability to concretely face the challenges of the energy transition.
Our project takes shape at a crucial moment for the sector, when change is no longer an option but a necessity. In this context, we have chosen to build a strong and distinctive identity, capable of combining engineering expertise, operational flexibility and a long-term strategic vision.
Since our establishment, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming a reliable partner for public and private clients, offering complete solutions ranging from basic design to the integrated construction of systems.
We operate in the sectors of energy production, green chemistry, biomass valorization, biogas and CO₂ capture, placing technological efficiency and respect for the environment at the center of our development. Our approach is based on an integrated model that combines multidisciplinary engineering capabilities and operational skills for EPC execution, up to the supply of modular and skid-package systems, designed to respond quickly, scalably and sustainably to market needs.
We develop onshore and offshore solutions with high added value, with a focus on customization and optimization of each phase of the project, from the preliminary phase to commissioning. At NTS, we believe that innovation lies not only in the technologies we adopt, but in the way we integrate them into industrial processes, generating real value for our customers and the environment. This is the core of our identity: a constant commitment to contribute, with vision and competence, to the sustainable transformation of the energy industry.
The beginnings
2025
It represents year zero of our industrial journey.
In a sector undergoing profound transformation, we chose to position ourselves immediately as technological and operational partner for the development of sustainable projects.
Among the first strategic steps:
- the adoption of an industrial model oriented towards green chemistry, al material recovery and to energy valorisation of waste,
- the consolidation of skills inapplied engineering to new energy markets,
- the birth of an organization capable of offering modular, scalable and efficient solutions onshore che offshore.
Our Strategic Plan 2023–2032 lays the foundations for structured growth, based on technological sustainability and on ability to adapt to new global energy paradigms.
